This introductory class is perfect for anyone interested in raising a team of ducks in their own backyard. We’ll cover basic physiology and behavior, housing, nutrition, city regulations, different breeds and egg laying. You’ll learn what ducks love to eat how to keep them healthy and the many benefits of their company.  You’ll leave with a clear understanding of how to get started raising ducks in the city.

COST: $36 or $25 for Seattle Tilth members.  Advance registration and payment are required.
