THIS CLASS IS CANCELLED.  But our Secrets of Companion Planting class on August 18th will cover plants that attract beneficial insects, as well as other benefits of combining certain plants.

In the garden, there are good bugs and there are bad bugs.  The good guys help your garden by munching on damaging insects and by pollinating your crops.  In this class you will meet a host of helpful garden insects and learn how to plant a diverse garden in order to attract them.   We will also discuss how beneficial insects can be a part of your methods for preventing pests and diseases in your garden.  Parts of this class will take place outdoors and will include a bug hunt in our learning garden.  Please dress for the weather.

CANCELLATION POLICY
