Come have fun with friends and family at Seattle's urban farm festival! Learn about growing, preparing and preserving the harvest, raising urban livestock, and community issues. Participate in activities for all ages, eat tasty food and listen to local bands.
Urban Livestock
Meet chickens, goats and honey bees and ask their owners what it takes to produce eggs, milk and honey in your own back yard. Thanks to the Seattle Farm Co-op for coordinating this!
Local Urban Marketplace & Organic Farmer's Market
Stock up on farm fresh organic produce at this abundant annual farmer's market. Shop for sustainable goods, plants, garden supplies and gifts. Tasty food vendors will delight your tummy.

Family Fun
- Participate in activities in the Children's Garden like face painting, worm bin exploration, and garden crafts. Join the Harvest Parade at noon (bring musical instruments).
- Make an herb crown (donations of fresh cut herbs & flowers are welcome)
- Take a self-guided tour of the teaching garden and get ideas for your garden.
