Celebrate Harvest Season, and the fair's 25th year!
Participate in this fun, lively hands-on event with educational activities, workshops, demonstrations and activities for all ages. Eat tasty food and enjoy live music with friends and family. Harvest season is a time to celebrate! The Harvest Fair is free and open to the public, with voluntary donations accepted.
Urban Livestock
You definitely don't want to miss our urban livestock demonstration. We might have local chickens, friendly goats, city ducks, and honey bees and ask their owners what it takes to produce eggs, milk and honey. Check back for more details!
Note: if you are motivated to learn more about raising these animals yourself, check out Seattle Tilth's schedule of urban livestock classes.
Local Urban Marketplace & Organic Farmer's Market
Stock up on farm fresh organic produce at this abundant annual farmer's market. Shop for sustainable goods, eat tasty local food, fall veggie starts and native plants, garden supplies and gifts.
This is the perfect time and place to buy bulk quantities of organic produce for freezing, drying, canning, preserving, or major cooking, while the harvest is abundant and the experts are on hand. Support local and organic farms and producers! If you are a farmer, producer, or local business and want to attend the Harvest Fair to vend and/or do outreach, please contact chrisiberle@seattletilth.org

Hands-on Workshops
Have fun learning something new! We'll have great workshops on a wide range of topics, from Seattle Tilth educators and local experts.
Community Show-n-Tell
Find out what's going on in the community by getting to know the many wonderful organizations working to create a healthy local food system, environment and community - find out how you can take action. Food donations are collected for the food bank at the BEET Hunger booth. If you are a non-profit and want to attend the Harvest Fair to do outreach, please contact chrisiberle@seattletilth.org
Sweet Live Music & Authors Tent
This event is known for showcasing great local talent. We'll be lining up musicians for the music stage, and buskers are welcome too.
Other Happenings
Stay tuned for more developments: Family activities, seed swap, composting fun, author signings, and more in the works!
