Lisa Taylor and Seattle Tilth present "Your Farm in the City : An Urban Dweller’s Guide to Growing Food and Raising Animals."

Lisa and our garden educators have spent many weeks creating this all-in-one compendium of everything you need to know to start growing your own food and raising city-friendly livestock. Come to our office for a book launch party to celebrate this accomplishment!

Lisa Taylor will be reading a few excerpts from the book, showing some slides about urban farming, sharing what she learned about the national urban farming movement and telling funny stories (like usual). Come celebrate with us and get a signed copy of the book.
